Welcome to the De La Salle Middle School webpage! The De La Salle Middle School’s mission is the education of adolescents of diverse backgrounds, in the tradition of St. John Baptist de La Salle’s ideals of faith, service, and community grades 6-8. In this way, we prepare our students for La Salle Academy’s college preparatory program in grades 9-12.

As a De La Salle student, your child joins a community that includes teachers, scholars, and mentors who truly care about our students’ intellectual and spiritual growth. At De La Salle, our middle schoolers gain the skills and knowledge they need to realize their potential and achieve academic success. The Lasallian values and traditions they are exposed to will be instilled in them for a lifetime.

As you navigate our website, you will learn more about our developmentally responsive curriculum, pedagogy, and programming where creativity, uniqueness, and the self-esteem of each adolescent will be fostered and nurtured. We work hard to provide a stimulating and motivating learning environment that is student-centered both within and beyond the classroom setting.

It is our goal to educate the “whole child” as we equip students with the transferable skills required for the rapidly changing world ahead of us.
Live Jesus in our hearts. Forever!
Mrs. Alana Parenteau
Principal of De La Salle

De La Salle Middle School Creed

We are students seeking to be scholars.
We will rise to any challenge that we face.
We each have a voice that empowers.
We are exceptional not because we say it, but because we live it.
Our faith and values guide our decision-making.
Our future is determined by the choices that we make today.
We are learners today and will be leaders tomorrow.
We are De La Salle.
