  • APPLYING FOR 2026-2027

    We are excited to start the admissions process for next year.  At this time we request that you complete the inquiry form below.  Please pay special attention to the entering grade and school year as you fill out your inquiry so that we can best assist you with the next step of the admissions process.

    At this time we have reached capacity for grades 7, 8 and 9.  Please submit the form below to help us direct you to the next step in the admissions process, provided room becomes available.

  • Application Records Request Form

    As part of your application we will request you to upload the students most recent report card, final report card from last year, and a current record of standardized test scores.  If you need to request these documents from your current school office, please download the transcript release document below.

  • UPDATED - Freshmen Parent Orientation Resources

    The link below will open a folder with video clips from the Parent Orientation meeting on May 14th and a PDF of the presentation.  Follow along with the presentation while watching the videos according tot he video title.

  • Freshmen Math Placement

    We are currently placing all incoming 9th graders into their math courses for the upcoming school year. Our placement process includes a review of transcripts, entrance exam results, and standardized test scores. In addition, we rely heavily on the recommendation of each student's 8th grade math teacher.

    We ask that you forward the following link to your child’s current math teacher and kindly request that they complete the form ASAP.

  • Freshmen World Language Placement

    We have administered our World Language Placement Exam.  Please contact Mrs. Santomaro at admissions@lasalle-academy.org and we will arrange an alternative test taking opportunity if you are still interested in advanced placement Language courses. 

    For students with advanced skills in Spanish, French, or Italian, we offer a placement exam that may qualify them for sophomore-level courses. This exam is intended for students who meet one or more of the following criteria:

    Completion of at least one full academic year of language instruction (meeting daily for 50+ minutes)
    • Native speakers of Spanish, French, or Italian
    • Students who do not meet these criteria are not expected to take this test and will be enrolled in our freshman language courses, which provide a strong foundation for future success.
    The placement exam will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd from 3:00–4:00 PM in the Science Lecture Room on campus. Families interested in this opportunity should complete the following RSVP form by Monday, April 21st:

  • Athletic Form 25-26

    PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

    The following form needs to be notarized for any student who wants to participate on any La Salle team - in any season.

    Notaries will be available for your convenience at 6PM before the official start of the Parent Orientation on Wednesday, May 14 at no cost. 

    Please print the document, fill it out and bring it with you to be notarized and collected at Parent Orientation.  This document can also be submitted at the start of the school year if you are unable to join us at Parent Orientation.

  • School Dress Code and Uniforms

    The document linked below has information about the school dress code and information on uniforms.  There will be a sizing day on campus to try on and be fitted for uniforms before you purchase them online.  Note the special discount for orders received before July 15.

    Whether it's one of our sports camps led by La Salle Academy head coaches, a theater camp put on by our award winning theater staff or one of  our unique academic offerings. La Salle's campus will be the place to be this Summer.

La Salle Academy is a high school rich in history and grounded in the person and teachings of Jesus and the Catholic faith, which are core to the school's life and culture.
