News Detail

On Tuesday evening, the drought came to an end! The Baseball team captured its first D1 State Championship since 1984. Both games in the best 2 of 3 series were close ones (Game 1--4-2 and Game 2--6-5) with heroics played by many team members. The game for the championship was won with a walk-off hit in the bottom of the 7th inning—that winning run produced a great on-field celebration at McCoy Stadium.
