Michele Cinquegrano '89
Michele Cinquegrano, Class of 1989, is the Senior Director of State Government Affairs for Verizon. She expertly manages relationships with municipalities, state government agencies, and leads lobbying efforts in both New York and Connecticut.
Michele began her impressive 30-year career with Verizon in 1993 as a central office technician and has steadily progressed through various roles within the company.
A proud Rhode Island native, Michele graduated from LaSalle Academy and Providence College. While her work often takes her to New York, she remains deeply committed to her Rhode Island community. She serves on the Board of the San Miguel School in Providence and has dedicated 15 years as a mentor there.
Michele is also a passionate advocate for digital education, conducting workshops to equip individuals with essential digital skills.
She resides in North Providence, RI, with her husband, Mike.
La Salle Academy is a high school rich in history and grounded in the person and teachings of Jesus and the Catholic faith, which are core to the school's life and culture. The De La Salle Middle School provides a strong holistic foundation for students to transition into high school. The high school and middle school provide students of diverse ethnic, economic, and religious backgrounds, a community to foster growth in the tradition of St. John Baptist de La Salle’s ideals of faith, service, and community.
