  • Tuition Payments

    The Board of Trustees has set the following tuition levels for the 2015-2016 academic year:

    This amount includes all tuition and subject fees. It does not include the Senior Graduation Fee ($375), or other incidental billing items.
     
    Families have the option of paying the tuition in one of three ways as outlined below:

    ***All tuition payments must be paid through FACTS Tuition Management***
    New families should visit https://online.factsmgt.com to register and create your account.
     
    Option 1 & Option 2: There will be no enrollment fee for a family selecting Option 1 or Option 2. Families selecting either payment option will be able to make their payment directly online, over the phone, or by mailing a check directly to FACTS. Families may also enroll in an automated payment plan using a checking account, savings account, or credit card.
     
    Option 3: There will be an enrollment fee of $58 for families selecting Option 3. Families selecting Option 3 must enroll with an automated payment plan using a checking account, savings account, or credit card. In-house payment plans will not be accepted. This option is not available for international students.
  • Billing System

    La Salle Academy partners with FACTS Tuition Management for the billing and collection of all tuition and fee charges. Once registered with FACTS, families will be able to access their account online at any time to view balances and make payments. The FACTS account will reflect all tuition and fee charges for the 2016/2017 academic year in addition to any credits or tuition assistance awarded. All tuition and fee payments must be remitted through FACTS Tuition Management.
  • Conditions

    • Students are not officially enrolled in La Salle Academy until all tuition forms are received and verified by the Business Office. 
    • The signed Enrollment Contract must be received by the Business Office before an official schedule is prepared for the student.
    • Students will not be permitted begin attending classes until the equivalent of three months’ tuition (30%) has been paid.
    • Students missing more than fifteen (15) days of class because of overdue tuition will be withdrawn and official transfer papers will be processed.
    • Seniors will not be permitted to participate in graduation ceremonies or other senior activities until all tuition and fee obligations have been cleared.
    • In the event of unusual or extenuating circumstances, parents may request a conference with the Business Manager.  No arrangements will be discussed over the phone.
  • Refund and Record Release Policies

    • Students who are withdrawn from La Salle Academy on or after July 1st and prior to September 1st will be responsible for the equivalent of one month’s tuition (10%).
    • Students who are withdrawn or dismissed for any reason from La Salle Academy on or after September 1st and before November 1st will be responsible for the equivalent of three months’ tuition (30%).
    • Students who are withdrawn or dismissed for any reason or who are permanently suspended from La Salle Academy on or after November 1st will be responsible for the full year’s tuition.
    • Students who are asked to leave the School as a result of disciplinary action at any time will be responsible for paying the full year’s tuition.
    • Official School records, including  transcripts and final grades, will not be released until all tuition obligations have been fully met.
  • Missed Tuition Payments

    • Families choosing an ACH payment plan who miss a payment due to insufficient funds will be automatically charged a $30 fee by FACTS Management.
    • FACTS will reattempt withdrawal of a returned automatic payment fifteen (15) calendar days after the returned payment.
    • Students with accounts more than fifteen (15) days in arrears may be removed from classes and/or any La Salle sponsored activity until the delinquent payment is received.
  • Returned Checks

    • A $25 fee will be added to any bill for checks that are returned by the bank due to insufficient funds.
    • La Salle Academy reserves the right not to accept personal checks at its discretion.
    • Personal or business checks will not be accepted as payment for a previous check that was returned by the bank.
    • Corrective payments must be in the form of cash, money order, or credit card.
      • Note: A 2.75% convenience fee will be charged to all credit card payments.
  • Financial Aid

    • Financial Aid must be applied for each year for new and returning students.
    • Applications are available online at https://online.factsmgt.com
    • Financial Aid is awarded based on financial need.
    • Students on disciplinary probation will not be considered regardless of need. If disciplinary problems continue, the financial aid award will be revoked and the family is responsible for the full tuition balance.
    • Students must maintain a “C” average in order to continue receiving financial aid. Students receiving an average less than “C” will no longer be eligible for financial assistance and the award will be revoked and the full tuition balance due.
    • Financial Aid is pro-rated over 10 months from June – March.
    • If a student withdraws from school before the end of the year, financial aid will be proportional to the time the student attended school
