Lady Rams Attend "No Limits" Conference

Thirteen La Salle Lady Ram athletes attended The Rhode Island Interscholastic League conference for female student-athletes titled "There Are No Limits" on December 9 at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick.

The goal was to introduce young female athletes to the opportunities and values of playing high school sports.  Students heard from former female athletes and coaches about their high school experience and its impact and influence on their adult lives.  The panelists included Christina Batastini, Jo-Ann D'Alessandro, Lorraine Lalli, Carolyn Thorton and Maribeth Williamson.  Students also attended a session that expanded their understanding of good sportsmanship and how it relates to showing respect outside of school activities.
