La Salle names Dean Doyle next Vice-Principal of Student Life

We are excited to announce the appointment of Ms. Joanna Doyle, current Dean of the Class of 2023, to the position of Vice-Principal of Student Life for next year.

The interviewing committee was very impressed with her extensive experiences as Class Dean since 2015 along with her Spanish teaching experience where she had a proven ability to nurture students to grow both academically and spiritually.

Ms. Doyle was the Dean of the Class of 2019.  She also taught Spanish at La Salle from 2006 through June, 2015.  She is passionately committed to the Lasallian Catholic Mission, has a wonderful ability to articulate the values and vision of Lasallian education, understands school culture and Lasallian discipline, appreciates and respects the work done by Lasallian educators, and last but not least, has a deep affection for young people and an appreciation of their hopes, their challenges, and their needs.

We know she will, in partnership with many, steward a hope-filled future for La Salle students with enthusiasm and a faith-filled sense that it is God’s work that unfolds each day at the corner of Smith Street and Academy Avenue.
