Physical Education

  • Phys Ed Gr 10 FY

    Physical Education is a required course taken every year. The program consists of rhythms, fitness testing, team sports, individual sports and dual sports. Dance is also a mandatory rotation for all grade levels, with a focus on partnering, footwork, balance, and coordination. Health is taught in the freshman and sophomore years. Students will take two units each semester. All students, except those with a medical excuse, are required to take Physical Education every year. Students with medical excuses are required to fulfill the Health unit.
