Support Our Mission

The La Salle Fund plays a crucial role in providing La Salle with the resources necessary to deliver the mission to our students. While tuition only covers 85% of the actual cost of educating a child, the La Salle Fund significantly helps in making up the difference. In other words, your support of the La Salle Fund allows tuition to remain competitive for working families in Rhode Island, while at the same time helps to:

  • Provide more than $900,000 in financial aid
  • Ensure that La Salle recruits and retains the best available faculty
  • Deliver the curriculum with the most modern, up-to-date technology available
  • Support academic, artistic, athletic and extra-curricular initiatives for all students at La Salle
Every gift to the La Salle Fund immediately impacts every student at La Salle Academy, while at the same time ensuring that the future generations will continue to deliver the mission which has sustained us since 1871.

Most of all, the La Salle Fund allows all donors, regardless of gift size, to share our mission and to “touch the minds and hearts of the students entrusted to our care.”

La Salle Fund Appeal

Each year, the La Salle Fund provides the necessary resources to:

  • Assist La Salle families with tuition.
  • Upgrade science and technology labs.
  • Equip the library with new books and technologies.
  • Fund community outreach programs.
  • Host reunion class gatherings.
  • Keep tuition affordable and stable.
  • Meet unforeseen operating expenses.
  • Provide emergency financial assistance to students in need.
These are only a few of the challenges our faculty and staff face each day while ensuring La Salle Academy continues the work of our founder, Saint John Baptist de La Salle. Whether you want to support student programs, financial assistance, or faculty enrichment, the La Salle Fund is for you.
