WHEELER'S 22 POINTS LEADS RAMS OVER OAKERS
Senior Stephan Wheeler scored a game high 22 points to lead the La Salle Boys Basketball team to a 66-57 win at Coventry High School Tuesday night. Juniors Daryl Costa and Marquis Nickerson also scored in double figures to lead the Rams to the road win.
Wheeler's 22 points were a career high. Costa continued his hot shooting with a 14 point game, while Nickerson chipped in with 11 points. Sophomore Manny Roman controlled the tempo of the game from his point guard position and also added 9 points. Senior Captain Brenden Cavaco was solid in the middle with 7 points and strong defense. Sophomore Max Beachamp knocked in 4 points.
