Saturday, 28 Sept: Boys Soccer Alums return for Alumni Game
Boy soccer team alums (Jon Pereira, Clayton Plummer, Peter Siclari, Dom Petrarca, Greg Motta, David Ward-Smith, Giovanni Carmona, Mike DiDomenico, Andrew Hogan, John Rocchio, Dan Silva, Jason Simao, Justin Resendes, Brad Carlson, John Palazzo, Chris Almy, and assistant coach Mike Pereira) played in the re-started alumni game on Saturday, 28 Sept., after the varsity team's victory over East Greenwich. With some huffing and puffing of players from the last 10 years or so, the alums enjoyed their reunion on the new ('11) Cimini Field on a glorious early fall day with head coach Mario Pereira and assistant coach Dennis Brennan. We're looking for an even larger turn-out next year, so stay tuned for a repeat invitation next fall. And come out to support our undefeated varsity team as we make our way to the state playoffs - and with hard work - state championship (we hope)!
All male soccer alums back to 1986 for whom we have addresses should have received a written invitation. If you didn't, send your updated address / email / phone number to Brother Ralph in the alumni office: rbucci@lasalle-academy.org
