The Dennis J. Picard ’50 Multimedia Research Center provides a diverse collection of library materials and services for the La Salle Community.
Located on the second floor of the main school building, the library is an inviting, comfortable place for research and study. The library provides for the research and instructional needs of La Salle students and faculty. Our two full-time librarians provide individual and classroom instruction on digital and information literacy, academic honesty, and the research process.

Library resources include:

  • A diverse collection of fiction, non-fiction, and reference materials.
  • Subscriptions to research databases accessible 24 hours a day.
  • Magazines/newspapers for leisure reading and curriculum support.
  • Interlibrary loan with other R.I. schools, as well as public and university libraries.
  • State-of-the-art technology resources.
  • Numerous book clubs and literary activities.
