Congratulations on being accepted to La Salle Academy!

  • Decision, Deposit, and Enrollment Contracts

    1.  On your "Checklist" in Blackbaud you will see a new tab called "Decision."  
    • Please complete this step by clicking on the "Let us know your decision" button to declare your intent.  
    2.  Submit a $500 non-refundable deposit online via the Blackbaud portal to secure your acceptance. 
    • Your deposit will be applied as a payment directly to your tuition balance and is not an additional fee. 
    • The deposit deadline is February 10, 2023.
    • If you are awaiting a financial aid decision, your child's seat will be held until you receive that information.
    3.  After submitting your deposit, an electronic enrollment contract will be available in Blackbaud.  
    • The contract will reflect your tuition and any financial assistance. 
    • The deposit payment is not reflected on the contract, but will be applied towards your tuition. 
    • Allow up to one month of processing time for the generation of your unique contract.
  • FACTS Tuition Payment and Financial Aid

    All tuition payments must be made through the FACTS Tuition Management system. 
    • Click here to create a payment plan.
    • Your payment plan will move to a pending status. 
    • Our Business Office will apply your deposit and any other credits to the agreement prior to finalization.
    • Families with current La Salle students should use their existing FACTS credentials to sign in and create the 2023/2024 payment plan.

  • Private Tour

    Join us for a private tour.  Call the Admissions Office to schedule a time to come in and meet with one of our Admissions Counselors.

  • Flynn O'Hara Uniform Information

    Flynn O’Hara invites La Salle Academy & De La Salle Middle School students to please join us for our Measuring Event. Our staff will be available to measure students, answer questions about the uniform, and help you shop for the upcoming school year.

    DATES & TIME: Tuesday, June 20, 2023 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM and Wednesday, June 21, 2023 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

    LOCATION: La Salle Academy & De La Salle MS (Cafeteria) 612 Academy Ave, Providence, RI 02908
     
    Appointment times vary by date. Appointments are required for this event.
  • World Language Placement

    The World Language Department offers a placement exam for DEPOSITED AND ENROLLED STUDENTS who have been accepted into the honors program and would like to be considered for the second year of a world language.  This exam is OPTIONAL and is offered to those students who have taken a FULL ACADEMIC YEAR or more of French, Italian, or Spanish. Students must have already completed a course that meets daily and with classes lasting at least 50 minutes.  The exam will be offered to the students in the language that they chose on their application form. Students who do not meet this requirement need not take the placement exam and will maintain their placement in level I.

    The placement exam will be administered on Wednesday, April 26th at 3:00 pm.  The exam will take approximately one hour and dress is casual.

  • Transportation Options

    There are many ways we can assist you in ensuring transportation to and from school.  Be sure to review all the information below to find the option that works best for you.

    Free State Provided Transportation – All students from Barrington, Bristol, Central Falls, Cranston, East Providence, Johnston, Lincoln, North Providence, Pawtucket, Providence, Smithfield, and Warren receive free busing through the Statewide Student Transportation System.

    Private Bus Routes are offered through Northstar Bus Company, a long time partner of La Salle. Credits will be provided to eligible students enrolling in one of the existing bus routes. If you do not see a route which fits your needs, please inquire as new bus routes may be added based on demand.  La Salle via NorthStar Bus

    Private Busing Credit Program – Graduates from Catholic middle schools across Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts not eligible for free state provided transportation may be eligible for a tuition credit to help offset the cost of private bus transportation through Northstar Bus Company. Credits will range from $500 up to $2,500 (the full cost of a round-trip bus route).

    Only incoming 9th grade students and current 10th grade students are eligible for this program. Please contact the Admissions Office at 401-351-7750 x122 for additional eligibility and program details.
     
     
  • Parents Orientation for Newly Enrolled Students

    We look forward to seeing you at the Parent Orientation for Newly Enrolled Students, Tuesday, May 9th.  Arrival time is 5:45PM, presentation begins at 6PM.  We anticipate the presentation will last no longer than one hour.  

    This orientation is designed for parents/guardians only.  To ensure that we can accommodate all attendees we ask that you RSVP.  

    You will be receiving information about uniforms, textbooks, athletics, arts, and so much more to prepare you for the summer.   We will provide a detailed agenda for the evening and an email reminder the week before May 9th.

La Salle Academy is a high school rich in history and grounded in the person and teachings of Jesus and the Catholic faith, which are core to the school's life and culture.
