SENIORS HELP BAROWS SCHOOL CELEBRATE READING WEEK

For the twelfth year in a row, members of La Salle's Senior Class went to Cranston to help the students celebrate Reading Week. This year, Emily Coughlin, Stephanie DiTraglia, Michaela McNamara, Sheridan Wilbur, Frank Caprio, Brendan Nigro, Mike Papazian, Ryan Tracy,and Tyler Walsh went to the Chester Barrows School to read to the students. Mrs. Marcia Quigley has invited the La Salle students to come and read to the students since 2004, and Mr. Donald Kavanagh, the La Salle Principal, has always been gracious enough to allow them to go. The theme for this year's Reading Week was "Be Your Own Hero." Head Girls Basketball Coach Sean Reddy and his dog, Tyler, went to read to the students on Friday.
