LA SALLE SWIMMERS DEFEAT THUNDERBOLTS

The La Salle Boys and Girls Swim teams both defeated Cranston High School East Tuesday afternoon at the Park View Pool in Cranston. The boys were led by double wins from Joe Lifrak, Jackson McDonough, and Jordan Tripodi, while five different girls had wins in individual events in their meet.

On the girls side, Samantha Karlson won the 200 free, Bridget Lavelle took the 200 individual medley, Indira Romero won the 50 free, Madalyn Redding took the 100 free, and Bridget Bernardo brought home first in the 500 free.

For the boys, Tripodi took the 100 breaststroke and the 200 individual medley. Lifrak won the 100 and 50 yard freestyles, and McDonough the 100 backstroke and the 100 butterfly. La Salle's Kendall Soares also took first in the 500 free.
