Four La Salle Wrestlers placed in the RIIL State Championships held over the weekend at the Providence Career and Technical Center. Overall, the team finished in 12th place with 66 points. Senior Sean Leach was the top La Salle scorer, taking a third place in the 171 lb weight class.

Also placing for La Salle were Eli Wolfang with a fifth in the 130 lb. class, Josh Costantino sixth in the 140 lb class, and Nicholas Barrett sixth in the 285 lb. class.
